Cleaning of frying machine.
After the frying machine work is completed, the oil temperature drops to the normal temperature state, and the clean oil in the pan begins to clean.
Dilute the detergent at the ratio of 1:5 (detergent: water). Spray (or wipe) the surface of the fryer directly with a spray can or rag for 5 minutes, then rinse with a soft brush and rinse with clean water.
It can also be diluted to a solution of 5-10%, heat and soak the inner wall of the fryer for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with clean water. If there are stubborn stains, scrub with a soft brush.
Cleaning of baking pan and net:
1 dilute the cleaning agent at the ratio of 1:5 (cleaning agent: water).
2 soak the baking pan / net to be cleaned in the diluted detergent solution for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the baking pan / net, put it in warm water and rinse with a brush.
4. Rinse the fryer with tap water.
